Do we have a class action lawsuit? History terminating older, long time associates?

Retail had theirs yesterday. It felt like Groundhog Day. BTS sales were tough, market was soft, BUT we have a great plan for the rest of the year! This is what we heard last year after a dismal BTS. This year was a lot worse than that. Going to be losing $200 million in sales this year. The associate engagement survey is happening in October and then they can right the ship and throw more people... I mean cargo overboard.
Right Luggage??? WTH?!! Definitely expecting a round of layoffs before Thanksgiving
This is low energy & more of the same with no positive outlook of what will move us to growth. Time to sell luggage and water bottles yikes.
