Just get rid of all offshore employees and only keep a handful in those remote locations for sales. Thats it because it takes 10-20 non-US employees to do the job of one US based employee and those 10-20 still manage to mess it up. In the long run it costs Sabre money along with the fact there isn't one person outside the U.S. that can actually create or innovate. Bring all jobs back to the states and start creating new product.

my polish director(after my manager took vsp) upfront told me that -

"you wont get any raises, promotions because sabre doesnt like US employees.
sabre will keep enough US employees so that they wont get slammed by SEC.
old folks making $200k+ will retire and we will replace with 1 fresh US web developer-I or support-I at $70k, just to keep the numbers
you were born at the wrong time, sorry. good bye"

@2qai+1usP6akg agreed, and if you dont laugh at their non-English jokes, they make it such that you are the alien instead.
US citizen living in the US becomes an alien for working for a US company in the US, because the rest of the employees are aliens living in another country. smh.

A lot of native English speakers have significant difficulties understanding the accents and grammar of non-native English speakers who are speaking/writing in English. Sabre has some particularly bad native English speaking listeners as well as some particularly bad non-native English speaking speakers/writers. Actually, Sabre has some pretty bad native English speaking speakers/writers too. English is a difficult language to speak and write, especially when slang and obscure local dialects are used. Sabre's offshoring has always been a source of difficult communication barriers between employees and other employees as well as between customers and employees.

The worst are people in MVD. They keep forcing Spanish during meetings. I believe it is a way to eliminate non-Spanish speakers from being engaged. Goes back to the toxic workplace Sabre is.

Nothing about Poland. So are Polish people good at speaking English? I'm asking as a Pole.

‘Well spoken’ ? They can barely speak English because all the id--ts are in Uruguay and India. They barely complete a sentence in English.
