This site lets people outside Citi- including regulators, shareholders, understand what the company is really like inside.
It also helps employees who are being abused for being ethical, honest& hardworking to know they are not the only one in these situations.
It also helps employees prepare for bad things which are planned- much of what Citi has done for ‘transformation’ and to pretend to address the consent orders…
It also lets frightened employees share their fears…
It also lets employees know how to handle HR & Ethics Office and adjust expectations accordingly…
