Following the algorithm of the last 2 layoffs (4/18, 7/18) are we looking at 10/17 for the layoff date?? (third Thursday of the month, 4 moths apart)

Expect sept layoffs then a bigger October layoff
Thursday after earnings report comes out, does not matter if report is good or bad. Earnings are announced on 10/11 so 10/17 would fit the pattern.
10/17 notification, 10/31 term.
