They addressed a lot of the topics covered out on this website... any thoughts?

Ha! Yeah, I'm not sure I've ever seen a quarterly review where they've called out one group so specifically. "CSG You must do better"
All I got out of it was CSG su-ks right now
so many euphemisms: downsizing; excess reduction; rightsizing; leveraging synergies; delayering; smart-sizing; redeployment; workforce reduction; workforce optimization; simplification; work force reshaping; redundancy elimination; transformation
How they talked about layoffs without actually calling it that was not surprising. Codeword "change". MD even stated that some people that have been around long enough have come to enjoy these "changes". They took a whopping two questions in the online Q&A. One was about Dell being on Best Places to Work lists, the other was about updates to the hybrid policy, which the answer was just pointing them to the current policy (a total non-answer). Jeff Clarke seemed drunk to me...
All i saw was dude executives wearing too much makeup
No. but if it's like the others i would expect a lot of false modesty and incessant pats on the backs coupled with dell is going places blah blah balh
they ignored my question about pushing current remote workers to chose hybrid AGAIN
What did they discuss
Did they? It just sounded like a whole load of nothing to me. Also JC needs to lay off the booze and clearly spent his bonus on plugs.
