These types of issues were not happening this badly back in the 1990s. How times have changed, with such a sad state of poor quality. Oh yes, we are proud of it which us why we deserve a big pay day

LOL … it’s sad that currently it takes 4 new hires to do a single Senior/ Veit’s job . Lazy it may seem to others because we know our job very well and can get it done in a timely manner! Where it takes new hires hours to complete a simple task. Why!? Bad Management!! No coaching!! No one on one anymore ….it’s basically a cut throat business!! Poor training! Not lazy… just tired of the broken system! They don’t care we don’t care !! Go fudge off !!

The people for years. True Boeing has a lot of lazy people ,but they also have a lot of hard working people. The lazy ones are up to managers to control , but they never do. I worked there we had a guy who sleep the whole shift in front on the manager and he did zero.do not blame hard workers for wanting more blame the managers for not doing their job. Stop the friends and buddies from control Boeing and taking a once great company down the toilet.
I would love a 25% raise but Boeing machinists are beyond entitled. Send to jobs to SC and teach them all a good lesson. We all know the machinists are the laziest bunch of workers that exist.

Neighbor works for Boeing and he was bragging that he will be making $90 an hour when he gets his raise. Said he clocks in and barely does any work, he said a Walmart greeter works harder than he does.
Machinists are the laziest bunch of people ever. Boeing needs to send the jobs to SC, teach them all a good lesson.

Yeah I know many of these guys at the plant that think deserve more money. Their usual routine at work? Clock in, do as little as possible because there is nothing to do. Go to break & never return until end of shift. Sometimes just call their buddies at work to punch them out. They already at home working hard on the couch LoL. Good luck to these guys life after Boeing. They will not make it in the real work world.
They are some of the laziest workers ever. I wouldnt fly on a Boeing plane, dont see why the machinists think they are worth a 40% raise. 25% is quite a bit, especially when Boeing has a ton of issues. They should send the jobs out of state.
