I feel like everyone has moved on from the news of pending layoffs. Suddenly lots of people are taking vacations (probably their last before they are laid off). The anxiety is down. We are all waiting for layoffs. Can’t wait to see the 15 minute hr meeting on my calendar. For now, let me put in minimal effort and build my own side hustle. For a data company, the new ERP system we are migrating too is interesting. Don’t want to be a part of this confusion. Adios!

Usually it's October and then early Jan. They like to trim the GTM teams the day before SKO.
Those who manage to survive October month will buy 3-6 months at best. Then it'll start all over again.
Lol !
Yes people are accepting of their fate. It's like a death row inmate expecting their notice to walk to the chair. Employees have found peace and solace knowing that their time will come soon and have stopped being motivated in the office but rather motivated by looking for their next role. The water cooler talk is all about which companies are hiring and reviewing each other's resumes and giving tips on how to sharpen them. It's refreshing to see so many employees helping each other to move on
