BoD meeting in progress. I don't think they will fire Pat yet. That will be for October once Q3 earnings are out and stock drops to $15.

It is more charitable to refer to these as financial reporting. It Intel as we know it may never have an earning/profit again. Or for the foreseeable future just call it the quarterly loss report.
