Lots of wannabes posting on this thread.
They will most certainly accept this offer. They would have even accepted much less too. But they will never see a new airplane in Seattle...or anywhere else for that matter. They will be lucky if Boeing is still in business at all by the end of this contract. Boeing executives are just doing their best to keep Boeing looking viable as long as possible to put as much money as they can into their pockets before Boeing folds.
Boeing management tried with a generous offer, greedy machinists want more.
If this is true it makes me mad that they got offered 25% and the machinists arent happy. Layoffs happening all over. Boeing should lay them all off and send the jobs to South Carolina.
Unreal, how much do the machinists think they are worth? Most of them make close to $100k for being unskilled workers without a degree. A lot people arent getting raises and they get a massive 25% raise. I dont feel bad for any of them if they decide to strike.

How much money is enough for the machinists, they are overpaid as it is. Most people are paid a fraction of what they make and would be over the moon with a 25% raise. Boeing was very generous to offer them that much. When Boeing lays them off, other local companies wont touch them. Boeing workers are known for being lazy.
Its sickening to see them protesting over a 25% raise, they are beyond entitled.
