How bout the decision makers/GOBN get laid off instead of being protected
What if at my almost 60 I can chart the process flow 20X faster than NCG, even from elite school (that M tried and failed to attract)? All other time I could have trained green NCGs, hadn't M implemented curve stack ranking... I'm an old man, but I ain't stupid yet.
Now they got a bunch of graduates with zero industry experience with nobody able and willing them to train.
And I found a place where industry experience counts in some better place.
Advancing age is not a reason to slack off. You either do the job or you don’t.
Need to purge the lazy over fifty who makes a little bit of work look like a lot and takes credit when no credit is due. These people can sink a ship.
Bankruptcy? Are kidding? That is a looong way off.
More layoffs. That is coming. MY be a few years but it is coming. Got to purge the costly workers, the over 40 crowd ND the low preformers.
