Are staff the legacy Change Healthcare staff that are getting laid off receiving severance according to the Optum severance policy on Sparq or something else? I have heard mixed information so I do not know if there was a severance cutover date.

The Optum policy is on Sparq. I had the Change Healthcare policy downloaded to my computer but lost it when my
Laptop had to be replaced.
what are the differences? does anyone know the cutoff or cutover date?
Cutover date means the date they stop using Change Healthcare’s severance policy for legacy Change Healthcare staff and start using Optum’s. There are significant differences between the two.
What does that mean? Cutover?
Unfortunately, I heard the cutover date is in the past.
