How many people were laid off in Herzo, Amsterdam, and Zaragoza?

@9aog+1uqtuzVV It was made pretty clear from the Digital Huddle that there would be no more layoffs in Digital. Everyone impacted has been spoken too already and the rest is just reporting line changes and teams moving around

you have to believe, the herd is still being thinned out. Q4 before holiday is usually the MO of the NAM leadership teams.

Be nice to see some of the lugzzz hanging on from the previous regime of Venessa's ghosts be let go. They won't but hopefully some leadership changes will come. Buckle up, November/ December cuts will happen if they do come. That's my belief.

In Austria there will be layoffs next week. A meeting was announced for Monday morning. I assume other locations will follow.

Re-Org just happened in a few NAM business units, if you look back to Covid & Supply Chain issues post Mark King here's the scoop:

  • ReOrg in Summer
  • Layoffs in November / December before the holiday

Get your popcorn out, hopefully most of the managers will be dust by new years. Sales, Sales Support and Digital will also be reduced. Hit your KPI's and you won't have a thing to worry about. UNLESS YOUR DIRECT MANAGER IS CLUELESS

Do we have a credible source from manafement who has mentioned layoffs?

Literally over history adi rarely lays off. Nike does so every year or two but before the last NAM one recently, the last big one was 2007.

No layoffs are planned...there will be a lot of reorg and you might not like the new responsibilities.

Layoffs tend to be last resort at adi. With current growth I’d expect hiring and investment over layoffs once we are profitable again a few months.

Layoffs? Who you gonna layoff? We are already at the point where everyone I know is doing three peoples work. This ain’t Nike with excess fat.
