Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

We actually invested our foundry

https://www.semiconductorintelligence.com/semiconductor-capex-down-in-2024/

Similar to TSMC and Samsung, Intel spent 25B per year (TSMC 33B, SS 36B) since 2022. We also secured 20B Fed grant/loans with additional 25B worth tax reduce. Just wondering where the money goes into? Where is the market share for IFS ?

Intel invested 25B in broken fabs, cut 10B in its employee heads & throats. Intel started selling coffees, bananas and toilet papers for pennies to its remain employees

Money went to Pastor and his apostles- ahem executives who somehow convinced themselves that free coffee and bananas were the real issue.
