Thoughts on these sister companies?

Several of my coworker friends were laid off and went to Hitouch...NONE of them still work there!
Still owned by SP, and just as cr-ppy run as Staples, only maybe a bit worse from what I've been told.
If I were gonna leave, I'd just bail and not look at those as possible options.
Quills went further downhill when they let Sergio go. New leader - not impressed. Nothing innovative or differentiated with either of these companies. Amazon leading the way. Only thing Hitouch has is their Amazon connection that differentiates. And how conflicting is that our biggest competitor we are actually helping their business grow more than our own. Headscratcher. Same head scratcher bring your Amazon returns to our stores so our associates can administer the returns instead of helping Staples customers and make more sales.
Sycamore Partners owns all 9f them. Layoffs constantly. Sending a lot of jobs overseas.
