no update on ISP number yet. any insight?

Etch GL told us today there would be process engineers layed off within our area.
Most of the managers need to be ISP'd. Too many between 1st level and Ann.
TD SLMs and FLMs know the target already. In my org of about 400, there is just a peanut butter reduction of 6 through ISP
I heard from a different manager that they are in the process of developing an ISP list based on 6-10 skill-based check list. This would be at the Area manager level.
ann was supposed to come back to us mid September...
Business as usual until your a$$ is laid off. classic TD. I don't think most GLs know either, probably only Ann and her Staff know targets.
I keep hearing no one will get updates on anything until probably end of September. At least the same story up to Sr. Directors+ in multiple orgs.
