I can't cover for three people. I simply can't. Expecting me to do that every other day is not okay and it's not going to work. Hire more fu--ing people if the ones you have refuse to show up! Lowe's is so cheap it's going to work us to death rather than get us some reliable help.

Just do what you can and don't sweat it. Let the call buttons go off, don't answer the phones and let the ASM'S that got the $5000 bonus deal with it. Not your problem.

You got it! That’s the plan. Of course we here at Lowe’s corporate offices don’t call it that. We call it “optimizing productivity” but yeah it’s pretty much the same thing.
