Reorg is the beginning weird for mass layoffs. If you have textures seeking you, it is better to leave on your terms and give them the 1 finger salute. They will give the full fist bend over to you when they let you go.
Lenovo is notorious for October surprises. Wait and see. Many big dogs have left already
The bigger question is: If you’re being contacted by multiple recruiters, why wouldn’t you leave as soon as possible?
