I would suggest anyone who believes packages will not come to research the WARN act.

All they really have to give you is 60 days pay from the day of notification. I understood the notifications would come mid September to mid October. I am not sure if anything else would be given.
There is no package like VSP. We are not legally obligated to get a package. Read it. We can’t afford all the VSP requests. It ain’t happening for ISP (fired people). Stop fighting this and go fight with HR. Ask for it in legally binding writing. See what happens. Stop fn around.
60 days notice, or 60 days pay if notice is not given? That's what I see, but some states have their own WARN acts.
