I was reading through all of the chat topics here and it looks like there is a whole lot more than 4 people chatting among themselves. Whoever posted this has their freaking head in the sand or they are a part of the problem attitude that prevails here.
Based on the activity on this chat site I'd say its way more than four people at BPX.
Morale is very low at BPX and the new CEO makes it worse. They don't respect people's career goals or aspirations. What a sh---y place. I'm out here.
I made a major mistake coming here. The culture here is awful. The leaders play favoritism games and the gossip and cliques are bad.
They complain because its downright awful over here. What was I thinking?!!! I regret coming here. Cr-p! Worst career move I've ever made.
