Anyone notice field leaders acting off, scared almost?

Your DL doesn’t have any knowledge of anything to come, whatever that may be, if that is what you are insinuating. I work corporately in operations, and DL’s don’t know anything we don’t know and we purposefully don’t relay anything to them until they need to know because there’s so many of them. I’ve personally seen dozens be fired for violating NDA’s completely unrelated to layoffs over years.
I can tell that something's up, but the question is what?
Unless there is some sense of job security created this company is toast. Everyone is unhappy.
Everybody is scared because Karen has no idea what she's doing. Don't expect anything to get better until she's fired.
