20A had density and yield issues . Correct? That’s why scrapped?

20A was not competitive for power/perf/cost. It was also an important step in validating back side power & nano sheet transistors. 18A will be world class, but without foundry customers it won’t save Intel.
It was never going to be production ready. Horrible node.
20A was the most beautiful process in Intel history
