How does the healthy equity strategy team relate to DEI?
I think due to the pending blood bath in the coming months any DEI sustainability roles will be eliminated and included in those reductions.
Health Equity Strategy appears to be another attempt to duplicate work in a time when there are already too many centralized strategy teams. How many more do they intend to recreate?
Does anyone know of new re-orgs recently done but kept quiet?
Any department that has 'equity' in the name should be dismantled.
