Who downgrades free speech?!? what kind of anti-liberty person would do that? HR trolls?
If you’re going to leave a company review on any site-including this one-attempt to use terms such as “allegedly” or “from my point of view” or “I’m just expressing my opinion.” There’s no such thing as a false opinion or false idea provided it doesn’t specify names and is not defamatory. Companies can argue that something is a “false fact” and that’s when they are usually successful in having something removed.
Pro-tip. Unless you are hourly employee, 40 hours don't matter. Notice how many people are just yammering in the office. People fill up time with meetings to talk about actual work. Most of them talk about work that someone else did. The actual work doesn't need 40 hrs. That's a mindset from the industrial age.
pro tip: focus more on actually doing 40 hours of work over complaining
Such things have happened, Glassdoor has given up info to companies. They make it a pain to sign up without tons of info.
Free speech in USA! Also it’s not libel if it’s true. Also it would be retribution which is not a good look for a company. Stop trying to stifle the peoples’ voice HR trolls!
Yeah so when fidelity sues them for libel they can give up our identities
