That ship has sailed. If you are trying to affect change or expect to see positive change driven by those at the top, you'll be waiting for a long time (more like forever). The only thing to do to save your career is leave. Anything else will get you stuck in this limbo of mediocrity hoping that one day things might get better. Spoiler alert, they will not.

I understand Walmart is top50, but leave us alone.
It took years for IBM to change. Motorola never changed and sold off its cell phone and semiconductor businesses. The only thing left is the business for emergency radios which can withstand a nuclear attack. Police, fire and the military will still be able to communicate when the cell phone networks are taken down. Motorola Solutions stock is on a great run this year.
