SPEEA better have the backbone to call a strike because the saw called raise increases Boeing offers over a 3- or 4-year period don't pan out. If the new contract states the raise pool over the four years contract is 5%, 4%, 4%, 3.5%, it's more like 2.5%, 2%, 2%, 1.75% if even that high. Boeing Management never offers many if any SPEEA members the full raise pool.
Poor deal all the way around. Best deal is BS union and Boeing working together to sale you down the road. They only want the stock to go an act like everyone is happy
