Anyone from payment integrity get hit by today's layoff?
It’s called busy work to distract you from the impending doom. Magicians do this all the time. They distract you with the left hand while the right hand is doing the actual deception. That’s why so many people in this company when they are laid off are hit with devastating shock.
Does anyone else on the Optum insight payment integrity team feel like management is putting us on projects that don't seem to have any value?
Senior leadership recently restructured our PI team. I wonder if that was a way to keep us from being laid off. Anyone else find this to be true?
