Will cutting engineers continue into next week? Anyone know? I wish to have one decent weekend, I forgot how those look like.

At Dell, the term "engineers" is quite broad and frequently refers to a range of roles within the company’s organizational structure. I plan to draft a post about the situation by the end of the weekend, though it is unlikely to offer an optimistic perspective.
As someone still existing at Dell, I'm putting more aside for my emergency fund and creating a Cobra fund. Its obvious Layoffs are here to stay, best to be prepared and not worry with each weekly rumor
