A ton of folks busted their butts over the past year to implement this sh-t called Future of Selling involving Oracle. Now after meeting with HPE this week, we were told that HPE wants to scrap everything Oracle and wants Juniper to use HPE SAP systems (logical). This was raised with our clueless management earlier this year, but the direction was to go full steam ahead. A ton of DEI hires were made in the process mostly in IT and GTM teams. What a complete waste of time and money. Bad leadership only looking out for themselves and building their empires. Sorry for venting.

DEI is the definition of racism.
Putting someone in a position based on their color or ethnicity in contrast to their qualifications.

This is the nature of 'working for a company' in the modern world. Projects get approved, projects get scrapped. Su-k it up, it's the same everywhere.
There are many useless programs like these that happen at Juniper. Its more of an ego trip for the execs and they hire their useless friends and get cuts from the contracting companies in the process. The worker bees get burnt out in the process. Juniper is a lost cause.
Our teams worked nights and nearly all weekends for the past 6 months on this program. Zero life. Pi---d hearing this. JS & their cronies can go to he-l. Done with this sh-t hole.
What’s next? We must buy servers from HPE?
