They're paying 2025 bonuses. All those laid off from ETX got a pro-rated bonus as part of their severance. Which means everyone still here will get a bonus.
GR caused this problem but SM continues it and is making decisions costing as much money in other areas. Leadership is no better there. Millions on new integrations and vendors that won't be useful.
GR’s last domino to fall sealing his legacy of everything he touched going to sh*t. Wasted 100’s of millions resulting in nothing. Technology leadership has always been a joke but wow. The only thing surprising is that they didn’t shut it down sooner.
Sorry for those at Haven Tech affected. Timing su-ks and is probably to avoid paying bonus’ in 2025. This is a bad company run by western Mass small minded people who always protect themselves first.
haven didn't let people go yesterday. they were given notice that their jobs will be eliminated. they'll be around until December
haven tech, massmutual subsidiary just laid off people yesterday because they're closing down and integrating into massmutual on jan 1
Hearing that Ops ELT & SLT keep pushing off layoffs that were supposed to be done in late Q1/early Q2.
