ISP they have to pay nothing. So it’s way cheaper then all the VSP
They can’t afford all the vsp packages that is why
Agreed SMG will be wiped out , you don’t need sales and marketing when u have no customers and your potential new customers telling u they want to buy anyone but u. Intel stock soon to be delisted will force the split and sale with us sites being consumed by the dod and overseas sites sold to ikea. All downhill - weeeeeh
Not surprised by the high SMG VSP and acceptance. Tht is one Over Weight Group not pulling their weight - starting at the Top with the CCO.
It's unreal how SMG pays commissions multiple times for every single Customer purchase - "Consumption Revenue" is a concept tht exisits only in Intel.
They reject them because they want to keep you else the wheels on whatever they are planning fall off. There's lots of good engineers that would gladly take a package to leave or have time off before working for a competitor.
Interesting, must be BU specific , I’m seeing 100% acceptance in SMG (so far)
Which BU ? They were probably rejected because either they may be good employees or might be ISPd and management needs to milk mire work out of hem a bit more till Oct
