If Sh!tty bank is playing this game by forcing us to complete their Fake Bogus VOE I will score the VOE Questions LOW, Zero even though they're framing and turning the tables around by asking How or What am I doing to improve Sh!tty bank. And then I'll call out and expose their FVCKED UP BULLSH!T in the Comments section. It's NOT My or any other Employee's job to improve FUBAR SH!TTY "Bank"!!! This is CEO Insane Jane's job and Her MDs/Ds !

If this unfolds as the poster says, then I’d have to hand it to them. They’d be upping their creativity in the numbers game.

How could anyone think that the VOE would be even marginally good with all of the layoffs vs. Jane’s raises (plural) in the tens of millions. Think of it, layoffs as a result of her leadership, she gets a raise. This round of reviews will all be lacking on rewards due to “hard times”, she still gets a raise. So, VOE scoring high?!?! Yeah, right, but now, if this post is correct, the VOE results will be high.

If there's an option to skip the questions or a N/A option, I would choose those. Or log out of the Fake, Bogus VOE itself and just do Not complete it.

VOE is just a fake which attempts to identify disloyal employees and cut them.
