I’ve been with Intel for 2 and a half years and I started right out of college. My entire career consists of worrying about being laid off. There were major layoffs a few months after I joined that nearly gave me a heart attack. I'm now ready to move on. I took this job thinking it was an amazing opportunity and it turned out to be nothing but a headache for me. At least I did learn some things that'll help me in the future. Silver linings and all that.

Not sorry for all those cockroachs complaining about a so called toxic
environment but still taking their check every month...
Everyone talking about the greener grass. Be wary, I heard about Google employees going into work and their badge just not working anymore, fired. Plenty of places that pay you sh-t money.
Plenty of you complaining know fine you spent all day brainrotting in your cubicle doomscrolling on Facebook or some other boomer social media site.
Worked there for 20+ years. It was a very toxic environment overall. You’re making the right choice to move on. Don’t let that place corrupt your soul.
Don't worry, it doesn't get better. I spent 20 years at Intel and every year was the same.
The good news is, there are lots of good companies to work for - the longer you spend at Intel, the more you'll appreciate it once you leave.
Whatever you experienced at Intel the past 2 years IS NOT normal.
This place is just a machine on its way to the junkyard.
Plenty of other places for you to actually grow your career, and they're going to be a much better experience than what Intel can provide.

I hear you and it's not been pleasant, as a person there 19years. It's been an unusual run if it. And I hope it will come good again. But take what you learnt with you.
Same here..where are you moving? Don't look back..even low paying startups are better than this.
