I guess across the board, but I’m hearing sales and engineers may end up affected the most. Anyone know more or anything for a fact?

Today, some one was noticed by his manager.
Isn't it more based on BU sales and location? If office is being closed - that's one indicator. If chip sales for BU drops - that's another. No sales, no engineers needed, no program managers, less HR and IT resources either.
