Thread regarding CVS layoffs

I’m one of those who decided to quit

It’s apparently a trend. I’m not waiting for layoffs or any other drama to unfold. CVS just became an awful workplace. I haven’t had a decent raise in a couple of years, and my pay is way below my experience and responsibilities. I started looking for another job two months ago, and I was fortunate to find it in a relatively short time. Starting in two weeks, and at least on paper it looks much better than anything I could hope for here. Good luck to the rest of you guys. Try to do only what’s good for you. Sc--w this company.

Put yourself on LinkedIn and put the job opportunities on head hunters only so nobody from CVS can see you're looking. You will quickly find how CVS/Aetna pay bottom of the barrel compared to their competitors.

Wow 2 months, I’m jealous - but congrats though!

Started about 3 months ago and so far only a handful of interviews that were clearly were not actual roles that were being filled.
