Will LNN be the first to go in GOM DW?

In Dev, wells and SS, impacted LNN can apply for any position in new org. positions are not designated local or expat.
An LNN runs this company ... think again ....
It’s wild that this is even a question. In any other OU the expats are ALWAYS the first to go, and in most cases won’t even fire locals while expats are around. Send the eurotrash home, go work on North Sea decommissioning or CO2 injection
I hope LNN’s are treated equitably. LNN’s don’t do all the work but they need to demonstrate special skills or very good performance to realize expat assignments, at least in the part of the business I know. LNN’s are not more expensive than local staff.
LNN are the ones doing all the work ....
Hopefully they are the first to go.
They said that LNN would have equal chances. However, if this reorg coincides with the natural end of your LNN role (you have been in your host country for almost 4 years) you will probably have to go home. Don’t see an 4 year extension or change to IBAS happening right now.
if you are besties with DMs/GMs/VPs then No
elseif you are backed by SVPs here or in UK/NL then No
elseif you are an "emerging leader" or "high potential" then No
else Yes but you will be allowed to linger around as the transfer process will be slow anyways

Yes, in our global group, LNNs and U.S. JG2+ staff were considered the most expensive and were not selected over local / non-U.S. staff if all criteria was equal.
No they stayed during reshape
