We also became a hotbed of quiet layoffs. I guess we are fully transitioning towards a ghost company which will really exist offshore.

The harsh reality is that there still are people who can be let go and will be as the rest of the year goes on as the numbers still aren't being reached. After all this, you'd be insane to want to stay with a company that is literally skin and bones. There is no "if you make it through this you'll be golden." Whose to say they won't pull something like this again in another couple years? They already had a layoff 4 years ago. This isn't the first or even 2nd time this has occurred with this company. So you can say you were the last man standing... But at what cost? Your dignity, self worth, compassion for others (that were your coworkers, friends, and teammates you've grown close with). There is no winning in this if you stick around until all this is "over." Because honestly who knows when it fully will be over. Plus any respect or dignity this company had left flew out the window last October.

We now have people in place who can get us through the acquisition and the day. They left us left standing strong. They have terminated to the point where they cannot afford to let anyone else go.
When Craig stepped down??? You really believe that horse puckey? The company was bad years ago when they started bringing in toxic leadership.
In my opinion, MedSol completely dismantled when Craig stepped down. That was the fall of this company. Anything that has happened after the former CEO has been a complete disaster. Literally just a shell of what the company used to be with employees who don't respect or trust anything that anyone says. Which in hindsight why would they?! This is what happens when a whole company is lied to.
The values that once meant something hold no meaning anymore. The company has lost trust with ALL employees and that I don't see changing. There's been way to much damage done. The company is literally just a shell of what everyone once used to know. The company wronged a lot of people. Dehumanized them. I'm sure seeing the company go under would bring many people some type of peace. At this point, I don't think there's any coming back from this.
