I just received a call from the field asking if I had heard that they are doing away with P/S. Has anyone heard something similar?

P/S is a completely useless department.
Planning and scheduling saves the company too much money in pipeline downtime during maintenance. They’d be stupid to get rid of it, but now that I say that out loud…that sounds just like something our glorious leaders would do.
