Let’s get a petition going to layoff Tom Caulfield the A$$hole with the threat of a company walkout if he is not.

One person does not make a company fail but it does allow trickle down. The biggest failure has been the process of selecting managers and failing to remove the ones who created a toxic environment, causing the best among us to quit. Everyone except SLT seems to know this.
PS: Removing the HR leader sooner would have been a plus.
