Rex is doing All Employee meeting next week instead of Witty. Hmmmm....

The board (which he was a member of, and is supported by) has shown irrational belief in his ability to succeed in the U.S Healthcare system. He's failing so fast his layoffs can't even keep up and he has no idea why.
Witty is engaged in succession planning. There is going to be a reboot in leadership. The biggest changes occurring in technology and security leadership.
From there a transformation will occur and pivot to recruiting and building.
Whether Witty stays will be based on stock performance and the ability to win new business in US markets.
He is not leaving or being pushed out. Be cautious in what you are posting. Not everything is anonymous
I doubt he is leaving.
Although, our employees and members are suffering, the stock valuation is good and that's the only thing that matters for him and the board. They can word salad their way out of the rest of the stuff.
Yep, he is stepping down or being pushed out.
He’s been in Board meetings and currently doing successor planning.
