Are they all fired? Is Veritas Capital in process of outsourcing them to India or do they not need any employees at all and just bought DB for its intellectual property?
Any former / still remaining employee feedback would be great.

Only a fu--ing mo--n asks if they’re all fired. Why would a PE firm spend 2.3B to purchase a company and fire all the employees? Ja----s.
You mean leftover employees are now employees of that LLC, or did they also automatically transfer RIF-ed ones? How many do you number, how stable is this LLC from further restructuring, would you say?
We are officially employees of Digial First LLC as of September 1st. I’m sure they did the LLC to weasel out of paying severance.
