What is the Board waiting for? Fire horrible leaders like Neal and Tracey.

Not sure if firing a few over paid higher-ups would make much difference at this point. Factors including high debt, low pharmacy reimbursement, poor technology, out-dated business model, along with understaffing resulting in unhappy customers and burned out employees (to name a few) will continue to drag on a turnaround for Walgreens.
I never understood Neal. He came to Walgreens, blamed others for the situation. Okay, what have you done to fix things? The stock will be less than $1 soon. He keeps bringing his close friends from Milwaukee. Every few months, he goes to a resort with these friends using our money. They don’t give us bonuses because he uses that money for the resort costs and expensive drinks. This money should go to bonuses that they don’t pay us. It seems he is enjoying his luxury life here.
I don't want to see Walgreens go under, but I don't see how they can survive at this point. Especially with current leadership turning a blind eye while things go horribly south.
- 68 a share and falling...it just keeps on going down and down and down.....and total crickets from the overpaid do nothings.
Clean up the top. Why is Neal still here? He hasn't done squat.
Vipin is next !?
And the kool-aid drinkers continue to deny the ship is sinking while the stock drops like a rock.
Are there any bonus or merit talks? All I hear are crickets and we're in the new fiscal already... anyone else thinking they are staying silent to get a few more weeks in before the mass exodus?
All they are....... are overpaid crickets. They are the laughing stock of the current financial markets for real, just listen to the what is being said out there. As for Pessina, look at the billions he continues to lose and must not care. What a fool, actually beyond a fool. Enough said.
