@djjo+1ukTm6Gc they were layoffs. Two months on the payroll keeping email and calendar but losing slack and then severance after the two months are up. Severance depends on how long you've been at salesforce.
Are these happening as layoffs or PIP/PEP?
There were layoffs on my team and on teams I work with 3 weeks ago. Targeted layoffs are happening quietly.
It is NOT just disgruntled employees who are causing fear. I know of 8 people who were unexpectedly cut last Friday and Monday this week. One I know was at 60% of quota so far this week. There is a lot of chatter internally and externally of small cuts happening to not cause attention and it is happening.
If this is regarding returning to office, manager told me it’s coming around October
They didn’t, it’s just the usual former or disgruntled employee causing fear and making stuff up
