Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Should CEOs be prosecuted for negligence?

Or given golden parachutes like it has been? I mean if there are no consequences what's there to lose?

It is your fault to believe to what he said. He is paid to bring down Intel so it can lead again.

It's not his fault - it's those pesky economic headwinds, like he keeps telling ya!

No GP, ISP, ESP, VSP, or CPM for CEO, VP, CIO, COO, BoD, or anyone associated with ELT,

Put them all on a one way cruise to the Bermuda Triangle.

He is not negligent, he is just a mo-on. He was working diligently on the wrong problems.

The problem is that there is no clear way to establish in court of law that his actions alone drove the company in the ground. He will also plead incompetence, which is not punishable. There is no regulation that beholdens him to any real responsibility to employees and customers either, only Wall St beholdens him to the ticker.

Can’t wait to see what Pat says to the Trump White House to try to stay out of jail.

In Pat's case, he should be required to pay back everything he's been paid and join the CPM ranks. INTC is down over 50% since he became CEO and it's outlook for the foreseeable future is dismal.
