Thread regarding American Airlines Group Inc. layoffs

Does anyone else feel like they get treated differently than others by management? I have often felt bullied here, and find it hard to trade off my shifts or get VTO when others who are new are barely here. What is the deal at your station? How are they handling VTO and Mando? I often notice lower seniority people getting VTO over me, it seems unfair and I almost never get it. I’m a super hard worker and they always have me at the gates and have been super dedicated to the company. I can’t figure out what the deal is, and worry that they are purposefully treating me bad because they want me to quit. They also are always putting me on the delayed flights. I also feel like they work the bid against me, I mean how do they create the bid and who gets chosen to be apart of the bid committee? Always seems odd that there isn’t a vote. I love my job but just find it really fishy sometimes how I seem to struggle with shifts more then others and getting days off, and most of all I can never get VTO ever! Some people get the bid made for them and others somehow get stuck with a hard shift even at high seniority. Any insight/advice is appreciated.
