This company should be made to go chapter 7 and be got rid of for ever. Firstly they were guilty of importing Siberian wood where Tigers live. They paid their way out of it. Nobody goes to prison. Next they scam their customers out of their faulty product warranties. No matter what is wrong with your flooring, they will not fix the issue. They hide behind “it must be a humidity issue. Even when proven not to be. Every employee will say it, like they have been told to.
Their current scam, chapter 11. All they are doing is downsizing. Closing less than a third of their stores. Instead using chapter 11 they can blow off their debts and sc--w their customers.
Do yourself a favor. Don’t go near these guys.
