We are dealing with major tech issues that are affecting our metrics. Now we have the threat of being fired with PDP. Most of us will be out of a job with this new program.

Yo, Wayfair is STILL having tech issues? I left 2 years ago and I'm blown away they still can't get their cr-p under control.
My metrics are passable but only barely, because frontline will do anything it possibly can to pass the buck. Agree, tech issues will affect your metrics if one of them involves productivity, as mine does. So will taking earned time off, again depending on your position. WF constantly changes and adjusts its metrics because they su-k, do not measure anything meaningful, become unreasonable, often early in the quarter after they have been newly adjusted. You can't get platinum in CPH if there aren't enough tickets in your bucket. The company su-ks.
Has there been some tech issues, yes. Not enough to destroy your metrics. Everyone is in the same situation yet more than 90% of agents have no issues hitting goals, and many hit strong bonuses.
Performance is something that can be achieved without all the tech issues with the wizards. You obviously did not read the original post before posting your response. First line says "we are dealing with major tech issues" how does one achieve good metrics when the tech issues hit us on every call?
Performance management plans have been around for ever, and this new relaunch of it actually gives better guidelines around it and less agents needing to be on one.
Sorry to say but if you go on one, you are not doing your job well, either skill or will. If skill we can help you and the plan is there for that. If will you just need out of here, and if skill and you can’t figure it out… sorry to say but yes you deserve to be fired
Wizard issues are out of control, my metrics are in the trash coz of the issues.
