RTX fined 200M for exporting Technology to China

Of course, UTC ( Collins and Prat) have low cost shops in india and China to replace American engineers.

Then you can't control the breach!!!

"Defense company RTX has agreed to pay $200 million to settle U.S. State Department allegations that it violated U.S. export controls, including by transferring some technology behind Air Force One and U.S. military aircraft to China."

UTC ( Collins and Prat) is hiding under RTX name. No wonder they gave up their name to embrace RTX, and then put all their boys in leadership role.

Having worked my career through Honeywell and Allied merger, this nothing more than repeat story of UTC and RTX. However, I can bet the stock will double in next 2 years. But at the cost of massive layoff, constant re-structuring, selling properties, moving work to india/china.

Their is way to punish the leadership, that is: THE SMART engineers should leave, because they can always find jobs anywhere, this will slow down the constant layoff, and put fear of god in managers.

Engineers don't realize they are golden goose

The fine won't deter repeat offense! Money talks in any industry.

This is treason! When are these defense companies going to be held accountable?

This should be grounds to ban RTX from government contract work forever.
