At the time it sounded like a win. These days I’m ashamed to say where I work. I’ve been actively looking for another job for three months now. Having Boeing on a resume is not a great reference. I wish I realized on time where we’re headed and left a long time ago.

Boeing is a punch line now. "If it's a Boeing I ain't Going"
That's what people are thinking when they see your resume.
At least you are supporting "racial justice" though.
Well...yeah...da...
Unless it was to immediately fill a critical-skill position, I probably would not want to hire anybody from Boeing, either. Not sure what your job title is, but I would consider pursuing additional training/certification courses (while you still have a job and can afford it) to demonstrate to prospective employers that you've been improving your knowledge and value, despite Boeing's continuing downfall and public disgrace. Good luck!
Funny how easy it is to destroy an organization. Placing people in charge who don't really know what they are doing or how the processes evolved. Continuous LEANing out quality based on hard won experience, ignoring (actually finding the older experienced people to a problem!) Yeah, sad all the way around except for the fools who know what they've done. They get to move along without being held accountable.
Little bit of time left. keep you’re head up , make some money 💴 for you & yours. Boeing & the union are done ✅ checkmate. Strike, cross picket line, or no strike, make your money and 🏃♂️. It’s over, ppl like us will have to adapt, it’s for the best 🙌🏼.
You are 100% right, employers dont like to see Boeing on a resume. When I worked for an aviation company, my manager would trash the resumes with Boeing listed on it.
Ya it's all your fault
