I see they laid off some of the most talented people. Once it's time to rehire their replacements, they'll have to hire two or three to replace one. In the end, it'll end up being more expensive and less efficient instead of keeping the original employees in the first place.

Just pay management LESS. It's all boils down to corPORATE GREED
I kind of disagree. There are so many layoffs happening right now across the country. The tide is shifting and is now an employers market. They are going to have a lot of talent to hire from and because jobs are minimal, they will get away with paying new hires less than their actual value or marketplace rate.
These people are garbage. The corporate circlej--khappening between McKinley and GP is insane.
