The below post is accurate (and I'm an MT)
About 5% of the MTs are great, 20% mediocre and the rest are somewhere between subpar & dismal. Many work while drunk, stoned, and/or medicated, and a lot are on fake MLOA. Intel could get rid of 1/2 the MT population and function just fine.

Same here - but it is id--tic engineers who think they know everything.
You are almost required to drink while working at Intel. How else are you supposed to deal with the stupid amount of meetings, the inept techs and sh---y management?
